Responsible for procurement product selection, supplier sourcing, surplus stock hunting, price negotiation, inbound coordination, supply connection, and order follow-up for warehousing. Search for material supply sources online, investigate and master supply channels, and participate in supplier development, selection, and negotiation. Monitor procurement costs and reduce existing procurement expenses. Input, fill in, and transmit data in the procurement information system; sort out and file relevant documents and reports. Manage daily material inspection, warehousing, stacking, storage, inventory counting, and reconciliation in the warehouse. Responsible for daily material picking and review in the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of goods and the environment in the warehouse. Regularly reconcile data with the warehouse and conduct on-site inventory checks.

College degree or above; able to accept long-term overseas assignment, with 1-2 home leave opportunities per year. More than 3 years of procurement experience; experience in procurement work in the environmental protection industry is preferred. Possess business awareness and overall thinking, with the ability to macroscopically control procurement costs. Have strong commodity development capabilities and procurement channel expansion capabilities, and be able to resolve various bottlenecks and difficulties in work. Master advanced enterprise management knowledge, as well as relevant knowledge in marketing, production management, and administrative human resources. Have good communication, organizational, and execution skills; possess forward-looking and systematic thinking in procurement business, as well as a global procurement perspective and overall judgment ability. Have strong adaptability and pressure resistance, good health, and experience in team management.
