1. Be responsible for guiding students in the creation of their portfolios, including but not limited to creative thinking training, design ability, and creative expression techniques. 2. Improve and formulate students' learning plans and course programs, and actively assist in teaching management. 3. Actively cooperate with the teaching implementation of various types of course products and cooperation projects, participate in tutor training, and assist in cross-departmental collaboration within the company. 4. Regularly provide feedback on students' situations to the teaching and research tutors and local tutor supervisors. 5. Cooperate with the teaching and research group to compile various types of course outlines and assist in the research and development and optimization of new course products.

1. Hold a master's degree or above in art majors from foreign art institutions (majors related to art such as interaction design). 2. Possess good design expressiveness, solid knowledge of art and design, and a passion for education. 3. Be proficient in using drawing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. 4. Those with relevant teaching experience are preferred.
