Job responsibilities
International school in Hangzhou recruiting IGCSE/A-Level Subject Teachers
Position：
(1)Teacher of ESL
(2)Teacher of High School English HoD
(3)Teacher of Computer Science
(4)Teacher of Physics
(5)Teacher of Chemistry or Biology
(6)Teacher of Art and Design
Start time：August of 2024
Working time table：Monday to Friday
Salary：
(1) The rough range is about 330,000 RMB to 400,000 RMB annually. If a teacher deserves higher pay than this range, the school has no problem about offering a higher salary.(for middle school: before tax 28-36K)
(2) A tuition waiver of 100% for one child for each foreign hire teacher, each child thereafter will be 50%. A single teacher will receive free tuition for one child, a couple will receive free tuition for two children.
(3) Housing reimbursement of 4,000 RMB per month (which can usually cover the rent of a well furnished apartment near the school).
(4) 12,000 RMB annual airfare allowance. Teachers who have worked in our school continuously for more than two years will receive 24,000 RMB annual airfare allowance.
(5) About 3-month fully paid holidays, including winter/summer vacations and all Chinese public holidays.
(6) 6,000 RMB excess luggage allowance.
(7) Comprehensive medical insurance annually from large-scale insurance company.
(8) Professional induction training.
(9) Meal allowance.
(10) 1 physical examination organized by the school every year.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with Teacher Certification.
- Preferably 3-5 years of teaching experience with a strong understanding of AP and/or A level programs.
- Must be able to teach the subject at the high school level.
- ESL or ESOL teacher training and/or experience preferred.
- Teachers who are very familiar with technology are preferred.
- Candidates must be able to successfully eliminate accents.
