Establish and manage the DCI Inspection Division, and promote third-party inspection service and develop related business in the Netherlands and Europe; 2. As the head of Profit & Loss division, be responsible for the inspection Team Building, acquiring of License of Operation and Competence Building, as well as the related Key Performance Indicator; 3. Involve in current DCI routing management and assist in sales and marketing activity, maintaining relationships with local customers and partners; 4. Liaison with other business units in NOA Group, to promote NOA and DCI image and branding in the Netherlands and Europe, and to participate various group international cooperation activities. 5. Individuals with outstanding performance and proven records in this position will enjoy option incentives.

Job requirements: 1. Dutch nationality, with a bachelor's degree or above in Europe, preferably with experience studying in China, with at least 3 years of working experience in a multinational company. 2. In addition to Dutch, fluent in spoken and written English as a business communication language; Workplace is in Joure's office in the Netherlands (near Amsterdam). Other regional offices could be setup as appropriate in the future. 3. Open minded, strong communication skills, strong initiative and self-driven strong team management skills, willing to accept challenging work, willing to engage in third-party TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification industry) and willing to grow together with the company are preferred.
