Position Title: U.S. Bar Attorney / 美国执业律师 Location: Shanghai, China / Washington D.C., USA Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified U.S. Bar attorney (DC Bar preferred) to join our growing international intellectual property and cross-border litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of U.S. and Chinese IP laws, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters. This role focuses on representing Chinese cross-border e-commerce clients in U.S. federal court litigation, including TRO/SAD cases, patent infringement disputes, and Amazon-related disputes. Job Requirements 1. Possess a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or Lawyer Qualification Credential; admission to the US Bar is required, with admission to the DC Bar preferred. ​ 2. Solid professional legal knowledge and profound theoretical foundation in law. ​ 3. Excellent communication skills, logical thinking ability and written expression skills. ​ 4. Strong learning agility and adaptability, capable of quickly acquiring new knowledge and skills. ​ 5. Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervising attorneys. ​ 6. Upright conduct, strong sense of responsibility, and able to abide by the rules and regulations of the law firm.
