Job responsibilities
Be responsible for the recruitment of local employees in Indonesia, including formulating recruitment plans, screening resumes, and arranging interviews to ensure that personnel for all positions in the company are in place in a timely manner. Conduct employee training and development work to improve the professional capabilities and comprehensive qualities of local employees. Formulate and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and provide feedback on employees' work performance. Handle employee relationship issues, such as the prevention and handling of labor disputes, and create a harmonious working atmosphere. Be responsible for office space leasing matters, including finding suitable office locations, negotiating lease terms with landlords, and signing lease contracts. Manage the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment. Organize and coordinate various internal company meetings and activities to enhance team cohesion. Maintain good communication and cooperation with local government departments, partners, etc. to ensure the company's compliant operation. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Have more than 3 years of experience in human resources and administrative work. Possess good communication skills in Indonesian and Chinese, and have excellent Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities. Be familiar with all modules of human resources management and administrative management. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with people from different cultural backgrounds. Be familiar with the local humanities of Indonesia and be proficient in using office software. Be serious and responsible in work, careful and considerate. Have strong sense of responsibility and execution ability. Adapt to overseas working environment and have strong anti-pressure ability.
