Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities: 1. Residing overseas and responsible for local recruitment work in the United States. 2. Collect market information, assist in formulating recruitment plans, and explore recruitment channels. 3. Manage local salary plans to ensure that employee salaries remain competitive and fair. 4. Review salary plans and job classifications to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. 5. Maintain all policy documents related to human resources, including the Employee Handbook and Work Procedures, to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the headquarters.
Job Requirements
Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer applications (such as Excel, Word, O365). 3. Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt flexibly in team collaboration. 4. Proficient in English, including written and oral languages. 5. Able to handle highly confidential information. 6. Working legally in the United States. Bonus conditions: 1. Business majors, such as human resource management, enterprise management, etc., or relevant internship experience. 2. Proficient in Chinese.
