1. Warehousing Operation Management Oversee the operation and management of local warehouses in several countries across Europe/Asia, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all processes including goods receipt, storage, picking, packaging, shipping, and stocktaking. Develop and optimize warehouse operating procedures (SOPs), management systems, and quality standards, and supervise their implementation. 2. Team Management & Training Take charge of building localized warehouse teams, including work assignment, performance appraisal, skill training, and daily supervision. Improve team efficiency and foster a positive and progressive team atmosphere. 3. Logistics Resource Integration & Collaboration Lead the development, integration, evaluation, and management of international logistics resources. Collaborate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with external partners such as shipping companies, freight forwarders, local land transportation service providers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth, stable, and cost-optimized logistics channels. 4. Inventory & Cost Control Be accountable for indicators including inventory accuracy, inventory turnover rate, and warehouse capacity utilization. Effectively control warehousing operation costs and logistics expenses through refined management, conduct regular cost analysis, and propose cost-saving solutions. 5. System & Data Management Possess the ability to build or proficiently use systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP. Ensure the accuracy and real-time nature of system data, identify operational issues through data analysis, and drive optimization. 6. Customer Relationship & Service Quality Maintain customer relationships, respond promptly to customer needs, handle major customer complaints and operational anomalies, and ensure a good customer experience. Cooperate with business departments to provide customers with customized logistics and supply chain solutions. 7. Safety & Environmental Management Lead on-site safety management in warehouses, improve safety regulations and emergency response plans, prevent and eliminate safety accidents, and ensure compliance with 5S or 6S management standards.

1. Education & Major Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transportation, or related fields are preferred. 2. Work Experience At least 5 years of experience in international logistics and overseas local warehousing management, with over 3 years of team management experience. Experience in building a logistics and warehousing system from scratch (0 to 1) or conducting in-depth optimization is highly preferred. 3. Professional Skills Proficient in Warehousing Management: Familiar with the operational processes and standards of all links in overseas warehouses, and possess excellent inventory management capabilities. Familiar with International Logistics: In-depth understanding of the full cross-border logistics chain (first-mile transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, local delivery), market trends, and relevant policies and regulations. System Operation Ability: Proficient in the operation and application of systems such as WMS, ERP, and TMS; able to use Office software proficiently for data analysis. Language Ability: Fluent in English; proficiency in small languages such as German, Vietnamese, or Filipino is a plus. 4. Core Competencies Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills. Strong cost awareness, data sensitivity, and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
