• Serve as the single point of responsibility for all aspects of the project to the customer and SUPCON management. • Establish project execution organization and procedures. • Clarify the scope of supply and service. • Plan, monitor, and control Project Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Change Orders, Invoices/Payments, and Documentation. • Review and check the project milestone progress status. • Report project progress and any hold-ups to the customer on a monthly basis. • Conduct regular walkthroughs and design reviews with the project team. • Manage engineering support from HQ specialist engineers and sub-vendors. • Oversee site work for installation, start-up, and commissioning. • Ensure quality throughout the project. • Ensure a smooth handover of the project to the service team. • Prepare a job summary at the end of the project. • Coordinate with OML for invoicing, packing, and shipping. • Coordinate with the Finance department for project turnover and closure.

(1) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Automation or a related field. PMP certification. (2) Specific Knowledge: 5-7 years of work experience in the field of automation or related areas, 2 or more years of project management experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Good supervisory and management skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience in handling user management and users in an added advantage. (3) Business Understanding: Sound knowledge of project management. Sound knowledge of logistic and custom. (4) Proficient in English and Chinese language.
