Roles in this technical R&D category are central to the product development lifecycle, from conceptual design to mass production. Key responsibilities are consolidated into the following four areas: Design & Development: Structural Focus: Use software such as PRO-E/SolidWorks for 3D/2D product structure design and evaluate manufacturing feasibility. Embedded Focus: Perform software development for smart home products using C/C++ within an embedded Linux environment, and conduct unit testing. Electronics Focus: Design hardware circuits for products like power supplies, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection. Documentation & Output: Create and maintain various technical documents, such as product specifications, explosion drawings, BOMs, development documentation, and test reports to ensure completeness and accuracy. Prototyping & Testing: Lead or participate in new product sample manufacturing, functional debugging, and testing validation. Generate qualified test reports and provide solutions for issues identified during trial production. Project Follow-up & Collaboration:Monitor the stability of manufacturing processes in the early stages of production. Participate in design reviews and collaborate closely with the team to ensure projects advance according to plan.

Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related STEM field. Language Skills: Good English Skills and able to communicate in Chinese are perfer. Technical Skills: Structural Focus: Proficient in structural design software like PRO-E/SolidWorks. Embedded Focus: Familiar with embedded Linux development and C/C++; knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP is required. Electronics Focus: Solid foundation in electronic circuits, with the ability to independently complete circuit design and debugging. General Qualities: Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
