To further expand our international presence, we are seeking an experienced Country Head in Brazil to lead our Brazilian branch operations.________________________________________Position ObjectiveThe country head will be responsible for the overall planning, operation, and management of the Brazilian subsidiary. This includes leading the local sales and operations team, expanding market share, enhancing brand visibility, maintaining strong client and partner relationships, and achieving business growth targets in the region.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Market Development• Conduct market research on Brazil’s mining and industrial tools sector, including trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.• Develop and implement localized sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian market.• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.• Participate in trade shows, business meetings, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness and gather market intelligence. 2. Business Operations & Management• Manage the entire process of international trade operations, including negotiation, contract signing, order execution, and delivery.• Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, inspection, and tax rebate procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.• Monitor payment collections, control financial risks, and maintain healthy cash flow and account receivables.• Establish standard operating procedures for the team and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. 3. Team Leadership• Recruit, train, and manage local staff according to the subsidiary’s growth needs.• Provide training on products, sales techniques, trade regulations, and communication skills.• Evaluate team performance and foster a culture of accountability and professional growth. 4. Communication & Coordination• Act as a key liaison between the Brazil subsidiary and the China headquarters.• Communicate regularly with HQ departments such as R&D, production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.• Maintain good relationships with local authorities, trade associations, and business partners to support sustainable growth.Best regards,HR
Job Requirements
Qualifications1/Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in Portuguese and Chinese (both written and spoken).2/Extensive network and proven experience in the mining and natural resources industry in Brazil.3/Strong understanding of Brazilian culture, business environment, and regulations.4/Experience in setting up or managing a company or branch in Brazil preferred.5/Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, including 3 years in team management.6/Proven background in sales leadership, preferably in mining tools, industrial equipment, or related sectors.7/Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.8/Willingness to work and live in Brazil on a long-term basis.
