1. Responsible for after-sales technical support, consultation and answers, remote issue resolution, product training, equipment installation, on-site technical guidance, and fault repair. 2. Assist the company in equipment acceptance; 3. Timely communicate and resolve technical issues or requirements raised by clients with the company; 4. Collect and document device issues reported by clients, and assist the R&D team in making improvements; 5. Capable of independently handling client-side equipment malfunctions, machine debugging, and product switching; 6. Verify relevant processes and assist R&D in refining work instructions; 7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Age under 40, with a college degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields; 2. Possess at least 2 years of after-sales experience in the equipment industry, with priority given to those with experience in the module-related sector; 3. Possess strong communication skills, a keen learning ability, a hardworking and resilient spirit, and a proactive work attitude; 4. Proficient in mechanical structures and familiar with common electrical components such as drives, sensors, and various types of sensors; strong logical thinking and hands-on skills; 5. Proficient in using office software, capable of writing reports, summarizing existing issues, sharing experiences, and possessing certain data analysis skills; 6. Fluent in Japanese. Able to adapt to frequent business trips and provide long-term services in the Japanese market.
