Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Market Development Support - Responsible for supporting overseas market expansion efforts, including facilitating project negotiations, overseeing contract signing processes, and organizing/executing marketing promotion plans. 2. Customer Relationship Maintenance - Manage high-level international receptions with end-to-end follow-up, driving negotiation closures and order confirmations. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to upgrade partnership tiers; monitor client feedback and resolve issues proactively. 3.Other related administrative affairs - Other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics or STEM-related fields. 2. Fluent English communication skills. 3. 2-5 years of relevant experience in client relationship management. 4. Positive mindset with a problem-solving approach. 5. Strong interest in the robotics industry, with a passion for the latest trends and developments. 6. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of seamlessly switching between tasks and goals. 7. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. 8. Self-motivated and focused, with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work under tight deadlines. 9. Capable of working in a multicultural environment, with a strong respect for local and foreign cultures. 10. Flexible work style, including willingness to travel and adapt to variable schedules. 11. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
