Job responsibilities
- Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various company operation systems as required by the Saudi government, including but not limited to the Sagia+ one-stop electronic platform, ZATCA tax system, GOSI social security system, etc., ensuring the compliance of system operations, data accuracy, and timely completion of business registration, tax declaration, social security filing and other related operations, to ensure the local operation compliance of the company and meet the regulatory requirements under Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030". - Relying on the relevant capabilities of an accountant qualification, assist in handling local financial operation matters of the company, cooperate to complete VAT declaration, Fatoora electronic invoice management, financial data verification and other work, ensuring that financial operations comply with Saudi accounting and auditing standards and SOCPA regulations. -Assist in coordinating with relevant departments of the Saudi government (such as the Ministry of Commerce, the General Authority of Zakat and Taxation (ZATCA), the Social Security Institution, etc.), handle compliance consultation, material submission, issue communication and other matters during the operation process, maintain a good relationship between the government and the enterprise, and respond promptly to operational changes brought about by policy adjustments. -In coordination with the company's local business development, provide operational support, including but not limited to handling various operational procedures of the company, organizing and archiving documents, communicating and coordinating with local partners, etc., to adapt to the operational scenarios of local companies in Saudi Arabia (such as LLC, JSC, etc.). -Assist in sorting out the local operation processes in Saudi Arabia, optimize the operation norms, collect the issues related to the operation of government systems and local operations, put forward reasonable optimization suggestions, and enhance the operational efficiency. -Complete other local operation-related tasks assigned by superiors, cooperate with the team to implement the company's localization operation strategy in Saudi Arabia; assist the local sales team in conducting work, provide operational-level support, including handling sales-related procedures, local compliance reviews, and customer-related operational coordination, to facilitate the smooth progress of sales business.
Job Requirements
I. Hard Requirements (All Must Be Met) - Possess practical experience in operating the company operation systems as required by the Saudi government, be proficient in operating core government systems such as Sagia+, ZATCA, and GOSI, and be capable of independently completing the entire process of system registration, declaration, filing, data update, etc. Be familiar with the operation norms and precautions of the systems. -Holding a valid accounting qualification operation certificate is required. Those with SOCPA (Saudi Chartered Accountants Association) certification, CPA (Certified Public Accountant of the United States), or ACCA and other internationally recognized accounting qualification certificates are preferred. Familiarity with Saudi accounting and auditing standards, tax laws, and financial compliance requirements is necessary, along with basic financial practical operation capabilities. II. Other Requirements -Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in accounting, financial management, business administration, international trade, and related fields. Candidates with a background from local Saudi universities in relevant majors will be given additional points. -Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, listening, reading and writing) is required, with the ability to handle government communication, document writing, system operation and other tasks in both languages proficiently. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication with the headquarters in China. -Work Experience: 1-3 years or more of relevant working experience in operations, government liaison or finance in local Saudi companies, familiar with the local business environment, government procedures and relevant regulations such as the Non-Oil Investment Law and the Company Law. Candidates with experience in supporting the operations of Chinese-funded enterprises in Saudi Arabia are preferred. -Competency Requirements: Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, meticulous and precise in handling system operations and financial-related data to avoid compliance risks; Good communication and coordination skills, adept at interfacing with government departments and local partners to resolve various issues during the operation process; Possess certain problem analysis and solving capabilities, able to respond promptly to policy changes and work demands. - Others: Hold a valid Saudi residence permit (Iqama), allowing legal work in Saudi Arabia; understand local culture and religious customs, be able to adapt to the local work pace, and have no bad employment record; possess a sense of teamwork, be willing to follow work arrangements, and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
