Main responsibilities -Implement the school's designated curriculum schedule -Teaching English courses to students aged 4-18 (Further classification based on teacher's abilities and personality) -Familiarize oneself with school textbooks and develop teaching plans in advance -Write and use appropriate auxiliary materials as needed -Regularly communicate with parents about students' learning progress -Create progress reports, tests, and evaluations for students -Fulfill teaching related responsibilities, including but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs, tutoring classes, seminars, and speeches, etc -Participate in social and promotional activities at school Professional development -Regularly evaluate one's performance and progress -Participate in the school's teaching skills development workshop -Observe the teaching colleagues at the school and accept their observations -Share knowledge with colleagues, utilize school, internet, and other available teaching resources to proactively improve teaching skills
