1.Develop and deliver English lessons to students, utilizing a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies. 2.Adapt curriculum to provide individual, small group, and/or remedial instruction as to meet the needs of individual students and subgroups of students. 3.Address communication skills through appropriate instruction, to develop students's ability to read, write, speak, and listen comprehensively. 4.Conduct language assessments to evaluate student progress and provide instructions for improvement. 5.Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment, and incorporates challenging instructional strategies to cultivate a positive initiative to language learning. 6.Follow the school schedule and enter the classroom ready to teach on time. Teachers cannot leave students unattended in the classroom during the class time.

1. Native English speaker (passport holder from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa). 2. BA degree or above. 3.Teaching experience preferred . 4.Have strong motivation, patience and enthusiasm in teaching.
