Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities:  responsible for the implementation and implementation of the company's global recruitment;  investigate the external human resource stock and analysis status of talents required by the company, conduct effective analysis, and plan, develop, maintain and expand the recruitment channels to ensure large amount of talent information, rich levels and high quality, and ensure that the recruitment channels can effectively meet the employment needs of the company as the basis for decision-making related to human resource development;  collect resumes, screen resumes, arrange pre employment tests, determine interview lists, notify interviewers to conduct interviews and complete employment notices;  be responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool, resume management and information confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:  bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, able to use English as the working language, plus points for overseas study and work experience;  at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience, with strong communication skills of international talents; Familiar with various channels and communication methods of overseas talent recruitment;  have strong language expression ability, interpersonal communication ability, adaptability, communication ability and problem-solving ability, affinity and strong sense of responsibility;  organizations and tool users involved in OKR are preferred;
