Job responsibilities
Elite learning is looking for the Elite Director of Studies!
- Build, mentor and lead Elite teaching team (20 teachers)
- Coordinate the teaching process of each project from selling stage to the graduation ceremony.
- Organize course development
- Provide Elite service by finding the best solution for students needs, making efficient teaching plans and actively working on feedback.

Job Requirements
You are Ideal candidate if you have:
1. CELTA / TEFL / TESOL
1. At least 5+ years of ESL teaching experience in corporate training or adult training.
2. CELTA / TEFL / TESOL
3. BA and above in Education/ English and related fields
4. Management experience, preferably in ESL/EFL
5. Outstanding communication skills
6. Proactive approach, problem solving skills
7. English on Idiomatic level (Chinese Native or English Native speakers considered ).
8. Experience in teaching training preferred.
9. Excellent Lesson planning skills
10.Experience in curriculum development preferred.
