Flights Specialists, ShanghaiTen is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to lead the rapid growth of our 24/7 global flights business. Ten provides award-winning intelligent support to private members, corporate clients and professional communities.Our lifestyle concierge business currently has offices in London, Maidenhead, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Mexico and Miami and is growing fast. We are passionate about service and use our insider know-how, contacts and buying power to help our members get the most from life, wherever they are in the world. We organise everything from home repairs to luxury travel, gift buying or access to exclusive restaurants, clubs and events.You will be a flight specialist to be located in our new office in Shanghai fulfilling flight, hotel and travel requests from our global membership network. The majority of our members are based in the UK, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. You will be required to travel to Hong Kong for the first two weeks in order to complete our intensive training programme.Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgement, awareness of the GDS booking technology, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction and repeat usage of Ten for travel and other services offered by the business

We are looking for• Fluent English (spoken and written) and Native Mandarin (spoken and written).• Two years or more experience in a dedicated flight sales role in a travel agency, airline, tour operator or concierge business. • Chinese National/Permanent Resident • Available for training to take place in Hong Kong• Knowledge of local markets and customer trends• You will have experience in one or more GDS systems including domestic, complex multi-sector and round the world routing departing from all major global hubs.• You will have IATA accreditation and have worked directly with scheduled airlines.• A fantastic talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service.• A knowledge of and enthusiasm for a wide range of leisure and city destinations and types of travel.• Proven success in putting together luxury holidays for affluent clients.• Superb attention to detail especially when working under pressure.Working at TenWe offer a competitive salary and performance-related bonuses, in addition to a range of employee benefits.
