Job responsibilities
India E-commerce Manager
1.负责FK或AMZ渠道销售，进销存管理，对渠道销售经营结果负责
2.负责指定产品系列新品上市项目管理，拉通端到端各模块协同，确保上市成功
3.进行市场及用户调研分析，研究电商平台销售打法，制定策略提升销量
4.牵引跟电商平台间商务谈判，推动共识及合作达成
任职要求：
1.10年以上电商销售经验，有Amazon or Flipkart经验;
2.优秀的数据分析洞察能力，策略输出能力，有敏锐的市场嗅觉和竞争意识;
3.优秀的沟通和表达能力，优秀的商务谈判能力;
4.本科以上学历，MBA学历加分。

1 D2C Ecommerce Strategy & Execution.Coordinate with headquarter e-commerce, product and sales teams.
2 Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
3 Develop CRM strategies to nurture leads and increase repeat purchase rates.
4 Identify strategic partnerships to drive traffic and expand reach.
5 Focusing on driving traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
6 Data Analytics & Optimization.Budget & Resource Management. Track expenses and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.
7 Regularly monitor campaign performance.
