1. Responsible for handling software and hardware problems (software/electrical) encountered when deploying robots. 2. Analyze, classify, follow up on robot after-sales problems, and issue analysis reports. 3. Responsible for R&D function/defect follow-up and closed loop, responsible for on-site testing and test result feedback.

1. College degree or above, major in electrical automation; spoken English can be used as a working language; German is preferred 2. Have a good foundation in relevant technical backgrounds such as signal processing/automatic control/robotic system/electronic circuit design; 3. Have experience in Linux operating system application; 4. Strong learning ability, strong teamwork ability, and can accept frequent overseas business trips; 5. Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) is preferred.
