Job responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing: Establish and expand recruitment channels, formulate recruitment strategies and implement recruitment processes, manage post-recruitment activities (probation management, talent pool maintenance), and plan and execute recruitment-related projects. 2. Performance Management: Conduct performance decomposition and evaluation, conduct daily tracking and analysis of organizational and employee performance, provide guidance on performance assessment and incentives, and facilitate the application of performance-based incentives. 3. Talent Development: Undertake analysis and design on the organization, manage employee promotion, build reliable talent teams, and oversee the management of reserve talent pipelines. 4. Training & Development: Manage employee training programs, establish talent development systems, and implement a series of talent cultivation initiatives.
Job Requirements
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with proficiency in Chinese. 2. Possess an outgoing personality, strong affinity, and high interpersonal sensitivity. 3. Demonstrate clear thinking, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities. 4. Preference will be given to candidates who can use Chinese as a working language (oral proficiency).
