Job responsibilities
- 制定区域销售目标及执行计划,对业绩、回款率负责。 - 开拓南美核心及潜力市场,搭建销售渠道,推进商务谈判与订单落地。 - 管理经销商与核心客户,提升客户满意度与忠诚度。 - 调研市场动态,制定贴合区域的推广与价格策略。 - 搭建并管理区域销售团队,协调总部资源保障高效运转 - Formulate regional sales targets and implementation plans, and be responsible for performance and collection rate. - Develop core and potential markets in South America, build sales channels, and promote business negotiations and order landing. - Manage distributors and key customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Research market trends and formulate promotion and pricing strategies suitable for the region. - Build and manage the regional sales team, and coordinate headquarters resources to ensure efficient operation.
Job Requirements
- 专科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业优先。 - 1年及以上南美区域销售管理经验,有成功业绩案例。 - 英语流利,精通西班牙语/葡萄牙语(巴西市场必备)优先。 - 熟悉南美市场规则、清关及产品认证,具备市场开拓与团队管理能力。 - 目标感强、能抗压,可接受高频南美出差,有当地居住权/签证者优先。 - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Marketing or related fields is preferred. - At least 1 year of sales management experience in South America with successful performance cases. - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese (required for market development in Brazil) is preferred. - Familiar with South American market rules, customs clearance and product certification, with market development and team management capabilities. - Clear goals, strong stress resistance, willing to travel frequently to South America; those with local residence rights/visas are preferred.
