Possess basic computer skills and hands-on experience in operating ERP/WMS systems. Be responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound product handling, inventory checking, stocktaking, material statistics, and location code management. Oversee the entire warehousing process, covering goods receipt, inventory control, order picking, packaging, and delivery, to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Optimize warehouse space layout to improve storage efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Have working experience in warehouses or factory workshops; note that the working environment is relatively demanding, requiring physical labor, and proficiency in warehouse stocktaking skills is essential.

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade are preferred. Over 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding or cross-border e-commerce logistics industry, with proven experience in the 0-to-1 launch of overseas warehouse products. Candidates with work experience in U.S. overseas warehouses are preferred; willingness to travel or be posted overseas is a must. Prior warehouse management and cargo planning experience is preferred, with professional skills (e.g., equipment operation, wooden furniture repair) being a plus; experience in FBA handling is also desirable. Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, with a strong alignment with the company’s corporate culture. Strong business management and control capabilities, professional ethics, outstanding business communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
