1. Manage warehouse operations: GRN, binning, FIFO, off-site inventory. 2. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and monthly/forecast physical audits. 3. Coordinate material-requirement planning with procurement and production teams. 4. Plan and execute domestic dispatches with transporters and 3PL partners. 5. Liaise with freight forwarders (FF), CHA, and shipping agents for import/export shipments. 6. Prepare and verify export documents, checklist filing, and shipping-bill presentation. 7. Create and manage SAP transactions: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Sales Order, GRN, Delivery. 8. Support RFQ/RFP documentation and vendor evaluation for logistics partners

1. Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (BBA / B.Com with SCM/Operations focus). 2. 3–5 years in warehouse & logistics operations; import/export exposure preferred. 3. Knowledge: inventory systems, customs documentation, GST/E-way bill, export-import regulations. 4. SAP MM/SD modules: PR, PO, SO, GRN, Delivery. 5. ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), advanced Excel, stakeholder coordination, documentation accuracy. 6. Export documentation, checklist filing, shipping-bill presentation. 7. RFQ/RFP handling and vendor onboarding. 8. Willingness to travel to off-site warehouses or customs locations as needed.
