With expertise in Switzerland's local tax system, I am fully responsible for filing and paying core taxes including VAT (with various preferential rates) and corporate income tax. I accurately assess tax compliance risks, effectively handle inspections and communications with federal and state tax authorities, and conduct strategic tax planning in line with policy requirements. 3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Swiss GAAP FER and applicable legal requirements, and complete the financial closing process. 4. Maintain professional communication with external partners including local banks, tax authorities, and auditing institutions, and collaborate on annual audits and other specialized financial tasks. 5. Participate in optimizing financial processes and implementing digital improvements, with proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics) and office software like Excel for financial data management and analysis. 6. Manages the financial operations of cruise ships, including but not limited to revenue recognition for cruise routes, allocation of operational costs, reconciliation of onboard consumption accounts, and cross-border financial coordination, with full-process accounting and management. 7. Responsible for the binding, archiving, and preservation of archival materials;

1. At least 5 years of accounting-related work experience, including 2 years in financial management roles, with strong expertise in financial accounting, tax planning, and fund management. 2. Possessing Swiss accounting certification and well-versed in Swiss fiscal and tax regulations. 3. Proficient in ERP financial systems and Microsoft Office software. 4. Experience in European river cruise or ocean cruise operations is preferred.
