Transportation & Dispatch: Gain insights into first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile logistics. Assist in scheduling, carrier management, and tracking performance metrics for air, ocean, and ground freight. 3. Supply Chain Planning & Analytics: Work with data to understand demand forecasting, inventory health, and logistics performance. Use analytical tools to help identify trends and areas for optimization. 4. Customer Success & Account Management: Understand the client lifecycle by supporting our teams in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining strong partner relationships. 5. Final Project: Own and deliver a strategic project aimed at solving a real business challenge, presenting your findings and recommendations to the leadership team at the end of the program.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2. A strong academic record and a demonstrable passion for the logistics and e-commerce industry. 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. 4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global team environment. 5. High agility and a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting. 6. Flexibility for potential domestic or international travel and relocation for rotational assignments.
