Position Overview: As the Production Operations Management, you will be fully responsible for the overall oversight and management of the end-to-end drug production process. Your core mission is to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure highly efficient and compliant operations, with critical accountability for production quality, operational efficiency, and cost control. You must be capable of guiding your team to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, ensuring stable supply and operational excellence. Location: Poland Reports to: Vice President of Global Operations / Headquarters Management Key Responsibilities: 1.End-to-End Production Operations Management: -Oversee and manage the entire drug production process (including upstream, downstream, purification, formulation, etc.), ensuring production plans are executed efficiently and on schedule. -Hold ultimate management responsibility for production quality, cost control, and delivery efficiency. Drive continuous improvement of key performance indicators utilizing tools such as Lean Manufacturing. 2.Team Leadership & On-Site Problem Solving: -Lead cross-functional teams (including Production, Quality, Engineering) to establish efficient collaboration mechanisms. -Be deeply involved on the production floor, taking the lead in resolving complex technical and operational issues to ensure continuity and stability of manufacturing activities. 3.Quality & Compliance Assurance: -Ensure the plant maintains a state of full compliance with cGMP and EU GMP regulations, acting as the primary point of responsibility during official and client audits. -Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, holding critical authority for quality-related decisions. 4.Strategic Liaison & Cross-Cultural Collaboration: -Serve as the key bridge between China Headquarters and the European plant, ensuring accurate communication and effective execution of strategic directives, and navigating challenges inherent in cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements: Mandatory: 1.Language Skills: -Fluent (business proficiency) in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory for seamless work communication, reporting, meetings, and document review. -Proficiency in Polish will be a significant advantage. 2.Professional Experience & Technical Background: -Substantial technical background and production management experience in macromolecule/biologics manufacturing. -Candidates with overseas production management experience, particularly within Europe, are strongly preferred. 3.Management & Interpersonal Skills: -Outstanding communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. -Combines a strong sense of responsibility with excellent cross-cultural collaboration awareness. 4.Basic Criteria: -Master's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
