Job responsibilities
1. Legal Document Management:
Responsible for organizing, archiving, and managing the company's legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist the legal team in establishing an effective document management system to enhance work efficiency.
Collect and manage background investigation materials for collaboration partners, ensuring timely and accurate information.
2. Systematic Filing Assistance:
Support the legal team in submitting legal service related invoices in the internal financial system.
3. Other Legal Support:
Assist the legal team in handling day-to-day legal affairs, including drafting basic legal documents based on approved templates.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish ad-hoc tasks, ensuring the efficient progress of legal work.
Job Requirements
Have a passion for the new energy industry and are enthusiastic about the charging pile industry
Possess good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork
Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and proactiveness
Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred
