Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative and human resources operations for the Delaware and Houston warehouses, ensuring all tasks are carried out in an orderly manner. 2. Assist various departments in handling administrative permits, qualification filings, and other procedures, following up on review processes to ensure efficient completion and provide compliance support for business operations. 3. Support project-related recruitment, participate in interviews, employment decisions, and contract signing processes. 4. Manage local employees' attendance, working hours, and labor coordination. 5. Handle social security contributions and various permits for local staff, and assist expatriate employees with visa applications, local administrative reception, accommodation, and other related matters.

Qualifications: 1. College diploma or higher. 2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with strong Chinese and English communication skills. 3. Prior experience in overseas comprehensive administration and human resources, familiarity with related business processes is preferred.
