Job responsibilities
1. Discover qualified celebrities with potential and business realization ability, and negotiate and sign contracts with them according to the company's cooperation plan;
2. Manage and communicate with the contracted talents on a daily basis, communicate with internal and external teams, and be responsible for the development of celebrities;
3. Organize talent information, collect the information and contact information of fans and potential talents;
4. Other inter-departmental related high-level collaborative work;
5. Responsible for the Chinese and Thai translation of emails, documents, etc. during the operation of the team project;
6. Responsible for timely and accurate translation of external Thai emails and instant internal information delivery;
7. Assist team project operators and project managers to conduct Thai emails and necessary telephone communication.
1.发掘符合条件的有潜力及有商务变现能力的红人，并按照公司合作方案与其洽谈并签约；
2.对已签约达人日常管理和沟通，与内外部团队进行沟通对接，对红人发展负责；
3.整理达人资料，收集粉达人与潜力达人的资料和联系方式；
4.其他跨部门相关协作高工作；
5.负责团队项目操作过程中邮件、文件资料等的中泰互译；
6.负责将外部泰文邮件及时准确翻译并进行即时内部信息传递；
7.辅助团队项目操作人员及项目经理进行泰文邮件及必要的电话沟通。
Job Requirements
1. Good spoken Chinese and Thai, natural and smooth communication, fast and accurate translation
2. Interested in live broadcast and short video industry, and love live broadcast;
3. Excellent business negotiation skills and efficient execution;
4. Active work, strong sense of responsibility, careful work, good at communication, strong team awareness;
5. Flexible working system can be accepted, and working hours can be adjusted according to the live broadcast time.
