1. Develop storage business plans and strategies for the overseas regions, providing guidance and support for the overall development of the regions. 2. Manage and oversee the operations of return and shipping warehouses within the overseas regions comprehensively, and establish warehouse classification management plans. 3. Implement dual management of self-operated and third-party operations, and liaise with local government regulatory agencies regarding qualifications. 4. Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including material scanning and labeling, order processing, and scheduling, and address return and customer issues promptly. 5. Collaborate with the business team to develop comprehensive warehousing and logistics plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and distribution of goods, and assess potential risks. 6. Manage warehouse regulations, standards, and management systems, advancing the quality, efficiency, and service of warehousing services in all aspects to continuously improve customer satisfaction and brand value. 7. Manage inventory and costs, develop inventory management strategies, and coordinate with sales and procurement departments to ensure cost and benefit effectiveness. 8. Team management, including planning and strategizing, assisting team members in enhancing their abilities and skills, and providing timely feedback on employee performance to ensure the team completes tasks efficiently. 9. Supervise third-party operators or partners to ensure they meet the required logistics operation standards and requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or supply chain management, with more than 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management. Experience in e-commerce or the apparel and textile industry is preferred. 2. Experience in building automated new warehouses and the ability to independently establish warehousing systems is preferred. 3. Good communication, coordination, and driving abilities both internally and externally; skilled in identifying problems and summarizing improvements. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, optimistic and cheerful personality, proactive work attitude, and emphasis on teamwork.
