1. Participate in the mid- to long-term development planning and production management of mines, organizing and coordinating the execution of production plans in mining areas; 2. Responsible for production mining, safety management, technical research and development, and daily management of the mine; 3. Promote the various production and safety targets set by the company, completing mining and safety tasks; 4. Manage the implementation of various systems and processes in the mining area, participating in team building and personnel management; 5. Oversee on-site management in the mining area, supervising production-related work and providing training and technical support; 6. Organize and coordinate the optimization of production monitoring data management and system development.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mining or related fields, with over 15 years of management and technical experience in mining enterprises; 2. Extensive experience in frontline mining management, with at least 5 years in mid- to senior-level positions in large mines; 3. Rich experience and capability in overseas mining management, fluent in English, able to use it as a working language; 4. Strong management concepts, leadership skills, and familiarity with national mining laws, regulations, and policies; 5. Proficient in common mining design software and office automation software, with good communication skills; 6. Strong dedication and professional ethics, skilled in communication and problem-solving, with good interpersonal skills; 7. Candidates who actively embrace the future of intelligent and unmanned mining are preferred.
