【Job Responsibilities】 1. Brand Globalization Content System Development Responsible for writing and localizing core content for global brand communications, including English brand stories, brand brochures, website "About Us" pages, international press releases, founder interviews, etc. Ensure native-level English quality and consistency with brand tone. 2. Creative Copy for Overseas Marketing Campaigns Actively participate in overseas product launches and brand campaigns. Write English TVC scripts, YouTube pre-roll ad copy, social media ad copy for Facebook/Instagram/TikTok, EDM content, KOL collaboration briefs, and co-create scripts. 3. Overseas Social Media Content Operations Lead content planning and copywriting for official overseas social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.). Create engaging, shareable content based on local trends, holidays, and platform dynamics to increase follower engagement and brand awareness. 4. Product Copy Localization & Optimization Localize and optimize product detail pages and listing copy on overseas DTC sites (Shopify, etc.) and Amazon storefronts. Go beyond literal translation—reorganize selling points and craft scenario-based copy based on overseas consumer psychology and search behavior. 5. Cross-Cultural Insights & Trend Tracking Continuously research cultural context, trending expressions, aesthetic preferences, and taboos in target markets (e.g., US, Japan, Europe). Develop and iteratively update the brand's global language style guide, providing cultural insights to the team.
Job Requirements
【Job Requirements】 1. Education & Background Bachelor's degree or above in English, Translation, Journalism & Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with 2+ years of overseas study/work experience, international client service experience at a 4A agency, or brand copywriting experience in global/DTC brands/cross-border e-commerce are preferred. 2. Language Proficiency English must be usable as a working language, with native or near-native writing skills. Ability to distinguish subtle differences between American and British English in grammar, word choice, and rhythm. Strong command of Chinese to accurately understand original brand intent and creatively adapt it. 3. Cross-Cultural Understanding Deep understanding of cultural differences between China and the West. Know what "memes", "emotional triggers", and "taboos" are in different markets. Be able to judge what content is considered "funny," "authentic," or "sophisticated" overseas, avoiding stiff translationese. 4. Heavy User of Overseas Social Media Familiar with content tones and operational rules of major overseas social platforms (e.g., Instagram – visual & lifestyle; LinkedIn – professional & thought leadership; TikTok – native & fast-paced). Keen sensitivity to overseas trends.
