Responsibilities: • Design teaching plans, and assign & correct homework according to curricular requirements • Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and other student assessments as needed • Report student performance in a timely manner • Provide needed guidance to students and parents • Organize student activities • Guide students throughout independent research projects.

Subject Focus:​ Core target disciplines include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science/Information Technology. Priority will be given to candidates with interdisciplinary teaching capabilities (e.g., integrating engineering thinking into science courses) or expertise in competition coaching. Academic Qualifications:​ Master's degree or higher (exceptional candidates with a bachelor's degree plus substantial teaching experience/industry background may be considered). Certification & Experience:​ (for the requirements of work permit from China's authority) Must hold a valid teaching qualification from their home country (or provide proof of equivalent credentials) and possess at least two years of teaching experience in K12 education or related fields. Language Proficiency:​ Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent minimum) as the primary language for instruction and communication; basic Chinese communication skills are preferred; proficiency in other relevant languages is a significant advantage. Personal Qualities:​ Passion for education, familiarity with advanced educational concepts (e.g., PBL, inquiry-based learning), strong classroom management skills, cross-cultural adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
