Job responsibilities
Channel Development and Maintenance Responsible for developing and maintaining offline sales channels in Brazil, establishing good cooperative relationships with local large chain supermarkets, department stores, toy specialty chains, mass retail chains, and other offline retail merchants. Implement the company's sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and promote the sales and marketing of the company's products in Brazil's offline market. Market Analysis and Feedback Analyze the dynamics of Brazil's offline market and competitors, promptly feedback market information, and provide suggestions for adjusting the company's market strategies. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Activity Support Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as procurement, logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of product supply, logistics distribution, and other links, and provide customers with high-quality service experiences. Participate in local marketing and promotional activities in Brazil to enhance the brand awareness and market share of the company's products.
Job Requirements
Hard Requirements Chinese nationality, with living experience in Brazil, familiar with Brazil's social culture, business environment, and consumption habits. Rich experience in Brazil's offline sales channels, with successful cases of cooperation with local large retail enterprises being preferred. Proficient in the Brazilian language (native Portuguese speakers or those with native-level proficiency are preferred), able to use Portuguese fluently for daily communication, business negotiations, and copywriting. Note: For local offline sales personnel in Brazil, in addition to meeting the above language and experience requirements, a certain understanding of Chinese culture and the cross-border e-commerce industry is also required. Other Requirements Good communication and business negotiation skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with customers at different levels. Strong market development ability and adaptability, able to adapt to the changes and challenges of the Brazilian market. Proactive, responsible, and with a team spirit. Able to accept business trips and work in Brazil.
