Job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with the business objectives of Shandong Lingong (SDLG). - Lead, motivate, and evaluate sales teams and dealer networks to ensure achievement of performance goals. - Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts to ensure sustainable profitability. - Explore and expand new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. - Responsible for key customer management, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance. - Monitor market trends, competitor dynamics, and economic indicators, and adjust business plans in a timely manner. - Collaborate with marketing, product management, and after-sales service teams to enhance customer value. - Support product launches, promotional activities, and industry exhibitions related work. - Strictly abide by corporate governance norms, ethical standards, and internal policies. - Report market performance and sales results to the Sales Director or National General Manager.
Job Requirements
Job requirements: - Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related majors; Applicants with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degree in sales management, strategic management, or international business will be given priority consideration. - Work experience: With over 5-8 years of practical sales management experience, priority will be given to professionals in the capital goods (core categories of equipment manufacturing), construction equipment, or automotive industries; Having experience in team leadership, business development, and strategic customer management; Having past performance in achieving or exceeding sales targets and establishing long-term customer relationships; Have experience in managing distributors, dealers, or key customers at the regional or national level. - Industry and business knowledge: Familiar with the market for construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial vehicles; Understand the operation of after-sales service, parts and maintenance business; Gain a deep understanding of B2B sales models and industrial/commercial distribution channels; Master knowledge related to contract negotiation, business policies, and profit margin management; Have technical and business knowledge in earthmoving machinery, loading machinery, and road construction equipment; Familiar with market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior in the construction and mining industries; Understand credit policies, financing models, and equipment leasing related practices. - Skill requirements: Have experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; - Fluent in English; Experience in sales forecasting, budget planning, and market analysis; Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) operations.
