1. To be responsible for the international academic management and organization of the Kindergarten, specifically with reference to the EYFS and to support the Chinese Deputy Head in the implementation of the Chinese Guidelines;<br/>2. Under the direction of the Board and work closely with the General Principal and Deputy Head; <br/>3. To create a warm and harmonious learning community and environment, appropriate for Early Years Education;<br/>4. To support the overall daily management of the kindergarten, <br/>5. To establish and revise management rules and operational procedures as required;<br/>6. To contribute to the drafting, implementation and monitoring of the kindergarten's 3-year development plan; to be responsible for overall academic and pastoral care of students;<br/>7. To ensure the security and safety of the kindergarten for pupils and staff; <br/>8. Other tasks as assigned by the line manager;

1. Native English Speake prefer British; <br/>2. Qualified teaching certification; <br/>3. Master degree in education Preferred; <br/>4. At least 5 years' EYFS Kindergarten homeroom teaching experience and 5 years' kindergarten management experience; <br/>5. Academic leadership experience in same type Schools; <br/>6. Clear understanding of and support for the Mission of the school;<br/>7. Leading the use of technology to improve teaching and learning;
