The successful candidate is expected to provide academic leadership to his colleagues and also ensuring the high standard academic quality delivery are maintained and enhanced. Responsibilities:- Management of all academic programmes and academic staff professional development trainings delivered in the college to support the College Director / Executive Vice Dean to achieve his objective of achieving target set by the Regional Vice President and or the Group.- Assist the College Director to ensure all full compliance with all regulatory requirements governing education and academic delivery and quality.- Ensure compliance with all RUS academic and quality assurance policies and practices and those of the universities/colleges of which the College is offering their programmes.- Provide leadership to Program Directors/Coordinators and academic staff including, but not limited to, addressing faculty motivation, discipline, welfare and faculty training & professional development.- Assist the College Director with the selection of faculty to ensure that only qualified staff are hired to deliver programmes, and assist in obtaining approval from universities/colleges of which the College is offering their programmes and the regulatory bodies.-Continuous improvement of curriculum and delivery through constant review of industry needs, pedagogy, teaching materials and facilities in consultation with RUS & the College Director.Please email a comprehensive resume (with contact number in PDF or Word format), academic certificates, 2 reference letters, a recent photograph and portfolio or website links showing your works to Mr. Henry Tirta,(login to view email)

Requirements:- At least a Master's Degree or PhD in a Design related disciplines (e.g. Fashion Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design or Multimedia)- At least 10 years industry experience with a credible portfolio- At least 5 years in academic leadership position overseeing the delivery, performance and quality assurance of design related programmes- Must have experience in developing curriculum and leading Undergraduate and Master degree programmes
