MOBILITY NEST LLC2024.03-Current(2 years)In early 2024 I bought a virtual distributor of mobility-related equipment, including mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, and homecare beds. At the time of purchase, this business had gross sales of ~$400k annually and had contractual relationships with 30 suppliers. I was able to migrate all aspects of the business successfully, and thereafter optimized for product market fit (narrowed advertising focus), profitability (product mix change), and enhanced lead conversion (automation and headcount addition). Top-line revenue has remained steady, while profitability has increased and person-hour commitment has decreased.Senior Director, Institutional Sales and Public Access
KALEO, INC.2023.01-2024.03(a year)As the Head of Institutional Sales for Kaleo, I was responsible for all aspects of strategy, sales, and marketing of non- designated stock epinephrine for the Auvi-Q franchise. In this role, I had full responsibility for maintaining and growing a low eight-figure book of business and was accountable for controlling spend, forecasting, and ensuring performance targets were met. I was also responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan that targeted a doubling of Institutional sales over a span of three years. This roadmap included the penetration of traditional pharmaceutical channels where Kaleo had minimal market share as well as a comprehensive plan for improving access for critical non-traditional pharmaceutical purchasers (e.g. daycares). In addition to my responsibilities with Auvi-Q, I took on a significant role in the sales operations & contracting processes for Kaleo’s 10mg Naloxone Auto-Injector (ROCs). • Negotiated and signed Kaleo’s first national GPO contracts to address the acute and non-acute care markets • Expanded the distributor base for Auvi-Q, onboarding several distributors in new and existing verticals • Presented business case and won approval for a significant increase in Government Afairs resources dedicated to Institutional objectives, primarily surrounding public access to epinephrine in the daycare space o This was critical to the passing of Elijah’s Law in multiple states (California and Maryland) in 2024 • Developed and gained approval of a multi-year plan to dramatically improve profitability for government utilization with the DoD and VA; these eforts will enable significant expansion of share by 2026 • Maintained responsibility for forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for Institutional revenue and spend • Led, as project manager, multiple initiatives in conjunction with Trade to facilitate the execution of military (foreign and domestic) and civilian (emergency services) procurement of ROCsSenior Director, Marketing and Commercial Operations
LANNETT, INC.2021.08-2023.01(a year)Prior positions starting in October 2018 – Director, Product Management; Senior Product Manager; Product Manager As the leader of Lannet’s Marketing team, I was responsible for marketing a portfolio of 100 generic pharmaceutical products, including the management of eleven professionals that sustained a $300m book of business. At the end of my tenure, I was responsible for several areas including: Product Management, Pricing, Customer Service, and Demand Planning. Key responsibilities included the formulation and execution of customer targeting and pricing strategies, creation and approval of sales forecasts (including budget and long-range plans), and representation of the marketing team in several forums including customer, partner, and Board of Directors meetings. Additionally, I served on Lannet’s Leadership Team and acted as the commercial representative for most enterprise-level projects.RESEARCHHUB
