1. Operators TA (Technical Acceptance) Whole Process Management - Review product spec and operators requirement - Internal test product before sending test sample to operators test and TA process - Report issue and Support R&D debug issue to build software final SW for operators test and TA process 2. Operators Requirement Database Management and Specific Technical Project - Cooperate with operators to update new requirements or new technology and update Network plainng and new services of operators - Request Trail software to join tests, debug with operators and CCB process to apply new feature to commercail software - Visit and maintain relationships, collect feedback, join discussion and analyze if there are issues after product launch in Market - Collect all requirements, local technology and update to HQ 3. Business support - Fontline technical support for new business projects such as new financial partners and new retail projects - Backend support for all financial partners incase they have problems during sale installment devices - Visit and make relationship with financial company, colloct feedback and provide solution when have new requirement or facing problem about lock solution 4. Local Technical Support - Work closely with GTM to support project information such as project spec or technical conparision , TA plan, NBTC plan and new project lof GTM that need to have technical support - Collect feedback from the Sale team (Operators channel and KA/IR), and work with the Aftersale team to find a solution or provide SOP - Support Marketing team for checking and flashing software before sending media devices to KOL, Influencer, provide SOP for new feature - Work with GLT to update when operators launch new network feature
