Sorted out career paths and incentive system. - Labor relations: Responsible for the creation and management of labor relations, employee termination and off-boarding process. Established the best practice data protection (GDPR ) standards and procedures, provide expert advice and promote regional legal compliance. - Administration: Prepared Local guideline and implementation, operation budget and daily cost control, company office rent and renovation project, fixed asset management, vehicle management, expatriate and local employees’ visa management, ensured company financial/tax/legal compliance operation.
