On my first year, I was a Claims Specialist where I had to file a claim on transactions that customers want to dispute, be it authorized or not. After a year of working as a Claims Specialist, I got upskilled to my current position as a Fraud Online Specialist. In my current role, I assist customers who are locked out of their online banking and help them have it restored. The most crucial and fascinating part of my current role is that I make judgments on whether or not customer's online transactions should be approved, considering the ongoing scams and fraud activities happening nowadays. In my current role, my main responsibility is to protect customers' accounts and prevent fraud and scams and avoid financially impacting losses both for the clients and the firm.

I was an online ESL teacher who taught not only the basic grammar and daily conversational lessons, but also Daily News, Business English, TOEIC, Study Sapuri and even the Callan Method.

I was a man-to-man ESL/Power Speaking Teacher at the institution where I had the opportunity of teaching all the macro-skills to second language learners in an actual classroom setting depending on their language level.

I was given the chance to facilitate the class and provide appropriate and efficient instructional materials from my first year up until my last. It helped me develop not just my teaching skills, but also my intrapersonal skills as I was required to make every class demo interactive.
