• Act as a direct HR point of contact for employee queries on HR processes • Advise on German-specific labour law regulations, including terminations, health insurance, leave management, work accident, etc. • Run reports, analyse data, understand existing trends and provide insights on existing processes for both growing and or changing user needs • Align with different cross-country stakeholders on HR process improvement • Correspond with local authorities on labour related issues • Ensure HR procedure compliance with local regulations
