主要负责同巴基斯坦在华监督人员（巴方）沟通，全力协助巴方及其家属的生活翻译（就医、入学、购物等）、促进巴方与武船方进行交流沟通等。Working as a translator for the Pakistani in their work and life so and promoting the communication between the pakistani and WSGC;

1.邀请海外华侨来武汉参加“2016华创会”，登记海内外创业项目，编写会务代表手册、工作手册；会议期间，负责主会场专场活动（开幕式，武汉论坛，圆桌会议等）准备及开展；2.协助办好“2016湖北省外派华文教师行前培训班”，编写培训手册，做好会场报到、现场秩序维护及应急处理；3.负责办公室函电来访接待，确保日常事务有序进行；1.Helping with preparation and organization of the “Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China 2016” which includes sending invitation letters and collecting guests information, arranging accommodation and helping with formulate the program of opening ceremony, forums and projects;2. Assisting the preparation and organization of the 2016 Hubei Provincial Overseas Chinese Teacher Workshop,including compiling the handbook, reception and emergency response;3.Handling with the letters,phone calls and reception in the office;

主要负责少儿英语教学工作，批改讲解练习，并针对性地对个别学生进行辅导；并且跟着指导老师学习改进自己的教学方法与技巧，同时不断学习教育学、心理学。Mainly in charge of English teaching, assignment checking and analysis, and individual tutoring；In the meantime, under the guidance of my supervisor, I make every effort to improve my teaching skills and tactics;

一方面，要跟着指导老师进行教学学习，备课、试讲、上课与批改讲解练习，同时虚心请教指导教师的意见，不断改进自己；另一方面，辅助班主任老师做好班级日常事务的安排，负责早晚自习、安排值日与座次表、组织开展班会活动和运动会。On the one hand, under the guidance of my supervisor, I will polish my skills and learn of the routines of an English teacher so as to improve myself; On the other hand, I need to assist the head teacher to manage the smooth operation of the class, such as arranging the seat,class meeting and sports meeting;
