Lead the CDC in developing and implementing a comprehensive career development strategy that supports a total of 1000+ talents including current 1st & 2nd year students (200+) and alumni(800+) in their professional growth.Oversee the CDC team to develop and deliver career workshop, skill trainings, industry sharing and various employer engagement activities.Strengthen existing relationships and establish new partnerships with global and regional employers to enhance career opportunities for both current students and alumni.

-Lead and formulate the overall marketing strategy and admissions process-Establish the admissions related policy-Lead MBA marketing and admissions team to implement all marketing events and admission acivities at home and abroad-Interview MBA candidates(conduct 120-180 interviews/year )-Provide counseling to mba candidates-Recruit and coach marketing and admissions staff, manage evaluate their working performance in the year end
