As a senior leader and Head of Residential Life and Pastoral Care, I oversaw boarding across PYP, MYP, and DP, ensuring the well-being and academic support of students while managing a team of 26 staff. As Deputy Safeguarding Lead, I upheld the highest standards of student safety and welfare. In addition, I fostered a culture of holistic care, guiding staff in delivering tailored pastoral programs, and creating a thriving, inclusive residential community. My role combined strategic leadership with hands-on mentorship to support students’ growth and success.

As Head of Middle School International Students, I oversee the academic and pastoral integration of students in Years 7–10, ensuring their unique needs are met within our school community.

This position was in addition to my teaching and administrative roles at Saint Kentigern College. Working with a small group of passionate residential parents and 111 day and full boarders at our College.

As Head of Academic and Pastoral Care for a middle school house, I oversaw the academic progress and well-being of Years 7–10 students while managing a team of 18 staff. I fostered a connection between academic excellence and holistic care, implemented pastoral programs, and tailored academic support, ensuring students thrived both personally and academically. By mentoring staff, collaborating with families, and empowering students, I helped build a vibrant and inclusive boarding community.
