Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within Amadeus and customers organisation. An advocate for Customers within Amadeus, as well as representing Amadeus within customer organisations. Achieve business targets, fulfil customer and Amadeus objectives. Manage, motivate, and lead a sales & account management team to ensure the right level of service to customers.

Define & drive the business development and retention strategy for all airlines headquartered in Thailand and Malaysia.

Responsible for end-to-end Airline IT (e.g. Reservation, Ticketing, Inventory, Revenue Management, Departure Control/Check-In and Flight Management systems) implementation program for airlines in Asia Pacific within the contracted timeline, resources, scope and budget. A typical Airline IT implementation program usually spans across 3 to 5 years involving 200 to 10,000 staff at different phases of the program.
