Coordination of Business Development activities for SEA countries:•Drafting of a Business Development Strategy paper for SEA•Drafting of Country analysis papers to identify donor policies, stakeholders involved and projects in the pipeline•Preparation of proposals including identification of partners, expert, analysis of tender documents and drafting of contents•Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliance with donors, government officials, consultancies, the private sector and experts

ARISE (ASEAN Regional Integration Support from the EU) Plus is a 5.5 years programme with a budget of €20M to support regional economic integration. The programme provides support for trade facilitation, standards and conformance, customs and transport facilitation, statistics, and M&E of AEC integration. Tasks:- Coordinate the implementation of short term assignments in support to the Technical Assistance Team- Identification and contracting of international experts in Standards & Conformance and Food Safety- Drafting of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on procurement, project management and environmentally conscious practices including implementation of a carbon offsetting programme- Overall coordination of communication with the European Commission, consortium partners, the Asean Secretariat, suppliers and experts on contract implementation- Administrative and financial monitoring through monthly planning of resources and support with preparation of invoicing- Ensure smooth implementation of internal and external audit missions- Support with the preparation of tenders in the field of Private Sector Development and Governance

Project Director- Supervised a technical assistance team of 4 long term international experts and short-term experts for a WB project: ensured smooth implementation of the project through the monitoring of activities & budgets, deployment of experts, procurement of equipment (computers and vehicle) and coordination between the client and experts- Managed an EU funded Association Agreement project in Algeria (P3AIII) through the recruitment of short term experts and backstopping support (€ 8M)- Managed the closing of a support to the Can Tho and Da Nang Investment Funds project (€ 500K) in Vietnam under French Agency for Development (AFD) financingBid Manager- Prepared proposals for donor funded projects (EU, WB, ADB) in the fields of Private Sector Development, Institutional Development, and Trade- Main writer for two technical proposals on EU cooperation in Lao PDR and institutional strengthening in Sierra Leone- Prepared a proposal for the Mekong Business Initiative under ADB financing- Won a World Bank tender in Urban Development in Tanzania ($ 2.2M)
