Coordinate our Site Engineer , Supervisor, Foreman, Material coordinator for receiving the material at site as per our approved drawing.  Coordinate the Main Contractor Clear out the site readiness as per the approved shop drawing. Then giving instructions to our site team segregate the materials and shifting accordingly as per our priority by program.  Coordinate the Design department for Installation Details, missing materials as per our approved dwgs.ect. And Follow up the production accordingly as per our program.  Checking of all drawings, material submittal etc. from Main contractor.  Prepare all the Job Production Order  Letter drafting against the main contractor for – Site access, Site readiness, and all consequence. Then incoming letter from them we will reply also.  Preparation and Submission of monthly Invoice and follow up with Main contractor And Consultant for all payment Certificate.  Discussing all the details with Main Contractor and Consultant.  Attending all Inspections and meetings.  Follow up with all Departments – Production, Store, Design, Purchase, Structural Engineering, Estimation ect. In order to give the best progress in short time  Specialist in closing NCRs/Field Instructions (If found) and Responsible full controlling supervision of all site (Site Engineer ,Supervisor, Forman’s )
